I. Material Preparation
Select high-quality polyester-cotton blended fabric, which combines the crispness and wrinkle resistance of polyester and the softness and breathability of cotton, being environmentally friendly and durable.
According to the designed dimensions, cut out parts such as the bag body and handles, and prepare the required auxiliary materials like sewing threads and buttons.
II. Bag Body Production
Stack the cut bag body fabrics with their front sides facing each other, and sew along the edges with a sewing machine, leaving the bag opening reserved.
The stitching edges should be even and dense to ensure firmness. After sewing, turn the bag body inside out so that the front side is facing outward, and a rudimentary bag body is completed.
III. Handle Installation
Precisely align the two ends of the handle with the tops of the two sides of the bag body respectively, and sew them firmly with a sewing machine.
To enhance the load-bearing capacity, you can sew back and forth several times at the sewing position for reinforcement.
IV. Detail Improvement
Install accessories such as buttons and zippers. If there are decorative patterns, they can be printed on the bag body through methods such as screen printing and heat transfer printing.
Finally, carefully inspect the eco-friendly bag and trim off the excess threads to ensure that the finished product is flawless.
